Drink coffee on the deck, plant daylilies in the garden, and enjoy the beautiful Northeast Kingdom. We'll be glad to call you our neighbor and will keep in touch to make sure you're completely happy with your new home.

Build

Now the fun really begins! Working with our trade partners, we'll bring your plans to life. We'll manage every detail from efficient framing to scheduling trade partners and check in with you regularly about progress, budget, and schedule.

Construction Documents

After any remaining tweaks to the design, the architect will create full construction-level plans. We'll hone in a final estimate and then sign a construction contract together. We'll start getting ready to break ground- planning, scheduling, and mobilizing our trade partners.

Design Development

This is where we dig into the details to fine tune your budget and vision. The architect will begin drawing detailed plans and we'll help you understand the budget implications of your choices so that you can make informed decisions. Once design development drawings are completed, we'll present a detailed estimate of every part of building your home from foundation to finish.

Schematic Design

The architect will help you illustrate your vision with basic floor plans and elevations. We'll be there to ensure the size and scope of the project matches your budget from the very beginning with an initial estimate range.

Inquiry

Drop us a line and we'll be happy to chat with you about your project, whether you're just starting to look for land or are ready to start building next summer. If it's a good fit, we'll sign a pre-construction contract and bring an architect or designer on board.
